Alkaline Kangen Water
After harvesting, to preserve moisture, some fruits and vegetables also have an edible wax applied to them. That’s why apples and cucumbers typically have that waxy or gummy feeling. In addition, many of the pesticides used on strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, etc. have dyes added to them in order to enhance their color and appearance.
Tap water will not dissolve this waxy coating or pesticide laden oils. Only Strong Kangen Water® will break down the gummy resin and oily residue. After few minutes of soaking, regular tap water (below left) does nothing to clean the tomatoes. Conversely, Strong Kangen Water® (below right) releases the yellow-colored pesticide.
